My second year of college I worked as a dishwasher part-time in our dorm cafeteria. One great thing about the job was that, because we were in the back away from everyone else, we usually had music playing on a small radio while we worked. We never changed the station, so you would tend to hear a lot of the same songs over the course of maybe four or five shifts. We didn’t mind, though, as most of them were pretty good. Today’s songs are the two I associate the most with those times.
