Towards the beginning of my career, when I was first getting to know a coworker of mine, Tim, he mentioned that he liked the band Built To Spill. I had never heard of the band before he told me about them, but I was curious to check them out based on other bands he said he liked. Tim recommended checking out the album Perfect From Now On. The more I listened to it, the more I got into it; usually a good sign. Luckily, this was another title available through our employee purchase program, and I managed to snag it not long after the initial listen.
