There’s been a lot of Red Hot Chili Peppers activity in Los Angeles over the last couple of weeks with the run up to and subsequent release of their latest album. First I saw that they were getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, which surprised me because I assumed they probably already had one. Then I saw them announce two surprise shows within a week of each other, one at The Fonda Theatre and one at Amoeba Music in Hollywood, the latter being the first in-store performance at Amoeba’s new location. With all this recently going on, it seemed appropriate to add another song of theirs upon my return to California.
