Double A-side Single #39

I would have never thought that one of my favorite albums of Latin music would be written by a guy born in Scotland. I’ve heard a lot of people talk about David Byrne and what a good musician he is through the years, but I never knew any of his stuff beyond the handful of Talking Heads singles I’d heard on the radio. Then I got a chance to do some work on his solo album Rei Momo. The voice was obviously still the guy from Talking Heads, but the music surrounding it completely caught me by surprise. To this day, this is still a record I always search for when I go to my local shops. Hopefully it won’t elude me too much longer.
