One of the things my family and I did while they were in town this week was to check out The Pink Floyd Exhibition: Their Mortal Remains down in Hollywood. This entailed an entire career retrospective of the band, complete with all kinds of artifacts such as musical instruments, handwritten lyrics, original album artwork, and so much more. One of the coolest parts of the exhibit was the audio player they gave you as you walked in. As you got within proximity of different TV screens set up throughout, the player would pick up the audio and you could listen to various interviews with the band members or other people involved with them and their work as you made your way through. It was a real treat and something I was happy I didn’t miss.
