One of the jobs I had when I was in college was working as a refiling clerk at the local public library. This allowed me to become familiar with the Dewey Decimal System, where certain subjects fell within that system, and also exposed me to a bunch of music I might not have otherwise heard. I would typically borrow a couple of CDs every shift I worked and give them a listen throughout the week. This was how I first learned of the band Spirit and heard their self-titled album. Many years later, my mentor, Dennis, turned me on to another album of theirs, Twelve Dreams Of Dr. Sardonicus.
