One of the most frustrating ticket buying experiences I’ve ever had was with a company called AXS. My friend Justin and I wanted to get tickets to see Puscifer play the Ace Hotel in Los Angeles back in 2010. We both tried to get tickets as soon as they went on sale, but the AXS website held us in a virtual queue for what seemed like forever before telling each of us that no tickets were available. We ended our search after coming up emptyhanded on a couple more tries. I continued to look for tickets throughout the weekend but had no luck. In a last ditch effort, we looked up tickets again the following Monday. Sure as hell, some were available all of a sudden.
