I had another one of those aha moments at work yesterday. I got an email asking if I could look at some stuff by Doris Troy, more specifically an album called Just One Look. As soon as I saw the title, my mental jukebox started playing the only song I knew with any association with that name, but I wasn’t sure if what I was hearing in my head was performed by Doris Troy or somebody else. I immediately went looking for the song on Spotify and found that, much to my delight, the Doris Troy version was exactly the one I was thinking of.
