Earlier this year, I got a request to work on some material by the band Ween. I remember them being talked about here and there, mostly when I was in college and indie rock seemed to be on the rise, but I had never heard anything by them back then or since. Through this recent project, however, I had the opportunity to become familiar with their album from 2000 called White Pepper. The album was well recorded, and I really appreciated the stylistic variety amongst the songs. One of the standouts for me was this number, which I’ve found myself singing many times since I first heard it.
