I was feeling in a movie soundtrack kind of mood when I woke up this morning, and these two composers are a couple of my favorites in that space. I remember seeing both of these movies in the theater as a child and being absolutely mesmerized by each one of them. At this point, I’d have to imagine that I’ve seen them at least 20 times apiece, and I could easily watch them another 20 times more. I love everything about them, the writing, the acting, the editing, the cinematography, and, of course, the music.
