My sister and I had a VHS tape of Puff The Magic Dragon growing up. I probably watched that movie about a hundred times as a kid, which wasn’t hard to do considering it was only about half an hour long. When I got a little bit older, I eventually learned that the movie was actually based on a song of the same name by Peter, Paul And Mary. Sadly, it probably took about another 20 years after that before I heard another song by the group. It was well worth the wait, however, as the second song was quite possibly one of the most beautiful covers I’ve ever heard.
