Shortly after the video game Rock Band came out, work organized a building-wide tournament. Each department could form teams of four, with teams facing off in a high score competition a round or two per week. Our department definitely wanted to win this tournament, and we would get together once or twice a week after work to practice in the weeks leading up to the first round. Once the time came, we laid waste to everyone we faced. After a few songs, we could see the confidence just melt away from the other teams, particularly when we nailed this Boston classic.
