Everyday before heading to work or coming home from work, I’ll check traffic to see if my normal route is clear of issues. When I checked traffic yesterday, despite driving back and forth between these locations for about four years now, it dawned on me that I both live on an avenue and work on an avenue. That got me thinking about songs I like with the word avenue in the title, of which four immediately came to mind. The first song, unfortunately, was not available for streaming, the second was by an artist that I’ve already posted something from, but the third and fourth were both available and by artists I hadn’t gotten to until now.
