By the time I heard this song by Temple Of The Dog, Pearl Jam and Soundgarden were already a couple of huge bands on the scene, and I was into both of them. As far as singers go, I thought Eddie Vedder and Chris Cornell were both top notch, so it was a welcomed treat to hear them on a song together. I initially thought that this was some kind of new collaboration between the bands but later found out that it actually predated Pearl Jam. What a great preview of things to come for anyone that heard this first.
