It was announced back in February that Snoop Dogg had purchased Death Row Records and assumed control of their master recordings, some of which included his own debut and sophomore efforts as well as Dr. Dre’s The Chronic. It wasn’t long after that he revealed plans to create his own means of distributing these records, subsequently pulling them from most streaming services. With the records containing some previous picks by these artists now living elsewhere, I thought it might be high time to get them back on the playlist by other means.
